DRABPE is dedicated to fostering economic growth and professional development within the Durham Region’s Black community. Through strategic partnerships and community engagement, we’re building a stronger, more inclusive business ecosystem that celebrates diversity and drives innovation.
We provide networking opportunities, mentorship programs, and resources to help entrepreneurs and professionals achieve their business goals and build lasting legacies in the Durham Region.

Our growing platform helps people discover, connect with, and support Black-owned businesses across the Durham Region while building the largest network of Black entrepreneurs.
Future Founders
Our Black youth program in Durham Region builds real-world skills through hands-on workshops in digital literacy, entrepreneurship, and marketing, supported by mentorship.
B-WISE Wellness
A career-launch wellness program supporting Black youth in Durham Region, combining professional development with health and wellbeing resources.
